Our loyalty app is available on BOTH Google Play & App Store.
New member sign-ups
After downloading the APP successfully on your Mobile, you will be required to do the following:
- Enter your unique mobile number in the require field. DO NOT tick the checkbox that says “I already have a plastic loyalty card”.
- Once SMS has been dispatched to your mobile, insert OTP in the required field.
- You will be directed to a landing page of registration. (Insert particulars i.e Name, Surname etc )
- Your unique card number will be auto generated and will reflect at the top of the registration page to complete profile registration.

5% cash back every time you swipe, loaded back onto your card in points to use on future visits.
A R100 birthday ticket for use during the month of your birthday. Birthday vouchers are only given if a member visits the store twice in two years, and members have 30 day from the date of their birthday to use the voucher.
Two bottles of complimentary house wine if you book a table of 10 or more on your birthday.

Understanding your loyalty points
Every time you visit us and swipe your card or use your OTP on the app you will receive 5% cash back loaded onto your loyalty in points.
1 point = 1c / Total points divided by 100 will give you the rand value.

Redeeming
Redeeming Your Cash Back
Cash back is redeemable 48 hours after accumulating points.
Hand your card to your waitron and advise how much cash back you wish to redeem against your transaction.
Your waitron will swipe your card or use your OTP on your app through the point of sale and present you with a printed receipt that will verify your transaction.
Accumulating Your Cash Back
Present your loyalty card or OTP to your waitron on presentation of your bill.
You may accumulate points for every purchase made at any DZ restaurant.
Your waitron will swipe your card or use your OTP on your app through the point of sale and present you with a printed receipt that will verify your transaction.
Once you have accumulated points you may then redeem those points on any future purchase at any Doppio Zero restaurant.

MEMBERS
Existing member (already have a loyalty card):
After downloading the APP successfully on your Mobile, you will be required to do the following:
- Enter your unique mobile number in the require field. Tick in the box ‘I already have a plastic card’ and click next.
- Your unique card number will reflect at the top of the registration page to complete profile registration.
- Enter your unique password in the required field and click ‘Sign In’.
Transacting
In order for you to transact (earn points, check balance, redeem points, claim tickets), you need to open the burger menu in the top left corner, and select the OTP (One Time Pin) menu option.
Provide the OTP to your waitron to perform any loyalty transaction you require.
The Menu has other functions that allow the user to pull a statement of all spend, check tickets, store locations etc.
